Problem Note 57959: Upgrading an existing deployment might fail with "User does not have appropriate authorization level ..." errors
Upgrading an existing SAS Energy Forecasting 3.1 deployment on LINUX might fail. Errors that are similar to these are displayed:
ERROR: User does not have appropriate authorization level for file
RPTDATA.WTHR_DATA.INDEX.
ERROR: User does not have appropriate authorization level for library RPTDATA.
ERROR: User does not have appropriate authorization level for file
RPTDATA.WTHR_DATA.DATA.
ERROR: PROC SQL cannot modify the data set due to the reason(s) cited above.
The problem occurs when the configuration user does not have the authority to write to the project directory.
To resolve this issue, provide Write access to the project directory for the configuration user via the Linux chmod command before upgrading.
